Reverly (“we”, “our”, or “us”) operates the Reverly platform, which helps businesses manage and respond to Google reviews using AI. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights regarding that information.
By using Reverly, you agree to the collection and use of information as described in this policy.
1. Information We Collect
Account Information
When you sign up, we collect your name, email address, and profile photo via Google OAuth. We use this to identify your account and personalise your experience.
Google Business Profile Data
With your explicit consent, we access your Google Business Profile to fetch customer reviews and, when you approve, post AI-drafted replies on your behalf. We only access the minimum data required to provide the service.
Usage Data
We collect information about how you interact with the platform — pages visited, features used, and actions taken — to improve the service and troubleshoot issues. This data is anonymised and aggregated where possible.
Payment Information
Payments are processed by Razorpay. We do not store your card or banking details. We only retain transaction records (plan, amount, date) for billing and compliance purposes.
Support Communications
If you contact us for support, we retain your name, email, and the content of your message to resolve your issue and improve our service.
2. How We Use Your Information
- To provide and maintain the Reverly service
- To generate AI-drafted review replies using your business context
- To post replies to Google on your behalf when you approve them
- To manage your subscription and process payments via Razorpay
- To send you important service notifications (account alerts, billing updates)
- To respond to your support requests
- To detect and prevent fraud or abuse
- To comply with applicable laws and regulations
We do not sell your personal data to third parties. We do not use your data for advertising.
3. Third-Party Services
We work with the following third-party services to operate the platform:
- Google APIs — to connect your Google Business Profile and fetch/post reviews. Your use of Google services is also governed by Google's Privacy Policy.
- OpenAI — to generate AI-drafted reply suggestions. Review content is sent to OpenAI's API solely for this purpose and is not used to train their models under our API agreement.
- Razorpay — to process subscription payments securely. Razorpay's Privacy Policy governs how they handle your payment data.
- Supabase — our database provider, which stores your account data securely on servers located within their infrastructure.
4. Data Retention
We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we will delete your personal data within 30 days, except where we are required to retain it for legal or tax compliance purposes (such as billing records, which we retain for 7 years as required under Indian GST law).
Review data synced from Google is retained for the duration of your subscription and deleted when your account is closed.
5. Data Security
We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data — including encryption in transit (TLS/HTTPS) and at rest, access controls, and regular security reviews. No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
6. Your Rights
You have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you
- Correct inaccurate or incomplete data
- Delete your account and associated data
- Revoke Google OAuth access at any time via your Google Account settings
- Object to processing in certain circumstances

7. Cookies
We use essential session cookies to keep you logged in. We do not use tracking or advertising cookies. You can disable cookies in your browser settings, but this will affect your ability to use the platform.
8. Children's Privacy
Reverly is not directed at children under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18. If you believe we have inadvertently done so, please contact us and we will delete the data promptly.
9. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the “Last updated” date at the top of this page and, for material changes, notify you via email or an in-app notice. Your continued use of Reverly after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
