Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Reverly, a platform that helps businesses manage and respond to Google reviews using artificial intelligence. By creating an account or using our service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
Please read these Terms carefully. If you do not agree, do not use Reverly.
1. The Service
Reverly provides a web-based platform that connects to your Google Business Profile, surfaces customer reviews, generates AI-drafted reply suggestions, and allows you to post replies to Google on your behalf.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time. We will provide reasonable notice for material changes where possible.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal authority to enter into these Terms on behalf of yourself or your business. By using Reverly, you confirm that you meet these requirements.
3. Your Account
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us immediately at support@reverly.in if you suspect any unauthorised use.
You may not share your account, create accounts by automated means, or use Reverly for any purpose other than managing your own business reviews.
4. Google Integration
Reverly integrates with Google APIs subject to Google's Terms of Service. You must have the right to connect and manage the Google Business Profile(s) you link to Reverly.
By connecting your Google account, you authorise Reverly to read your business reviews and post replies on your behalf only when you explicitly approve each reply. We do not post anything without your approval.
You can revoke this access at any time through your Google Account settings. Revoking access will not automatically cancel your Reverly subscription.
5. AI-Generated Content
Reverly uses artificial intelligence to generate suggested review replies. These are suggestions only — you are responsible for reviewing, editing, and approving any reply before it is posted to Google.
By approving and posting a reply, you confirm that:
- The content is accurate and not misleading
- It complies with Google's review response policies
- It does not infringe any third-party rights
- You take full responsibility for the published reply
Reverly is not liable for any harm arising from AI-generated content that you choose to post.
6. Subscriptions and Billing
Plans
Reverly offers a free tier and paid subscription plans (Growth and Fly). Paid plans are billed monthly and grant access to higher usage limits as described on our pricing page.
Payment
Payments are processed by Razorpay in Indian Rupees (INR). By subscribing, you authorise Razorpay to charge your chosen payment method on a recurring monthly basis until you cancel.
Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time from the Billing page within the app. Your plan will remain active until the end of the current billing period. We do not offer prorated refunds for unused time.
Price Changes
We may change subscription prices with at least 30 days' notice sent to your registered email. Your continued use of a paid plan after the price change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the new price.
7. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use Reverly to:
- Post false, misleading, or defamatory content as review replies
- Harass, threaten, or intimidate reviewers
- Violate Google's review or business profile policies
- Circumvent usage limits through automated means or multiple accounts
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or compromise the platform
- Use the service for any unlawful purpose
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules without refund.
8. Intellectual Property
The Reverly platform, including its design, code, AI models, and branding, is owned by Reverly and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our intellectual property.
You retain ownership of your business data, including review content and replies you create. By using Reverly, you grant us a limited licence to process this data solely to provide the service.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Reverly and its founders, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the service, including but not limited to loss of revenue, loss of data, or damage to reputation.
Our total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of these Terms shall not exceed the total fees you paid to Reverly in the 3 months preceding the claim.
10. Disclaimer of Warranties
Reverly is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI-generated content will be accurate or suitable for your specific needs.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bengaluru, Maharashtra, India.
12. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the “Last updated” date and notify you via email for material changes. Your continued use of Reverly after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
